Human hair repairer?

One of my relies was a Human hair repairer. Does this mean he made/repaired wigs??

Any suggestions?

perhaps he had a patent method to solve the baldness problem? Sorry i actually have no idea.

Or possibly doll hair? Years ago, dolls had real human hair, so maybe he worked on that? Just a thought. It may be worth attempting to find out about the businesses in the area - maybe through a trade directory, like Kellys or similar. That may help to narrow things down.
