aston manor fire brigade

does any one have any information for aston manor fire brigade,my great grand father albert lissimore was a fire man at this fire station.i can not seem to find any information at all on the internet.
i would expect the information to probably be in birmingham library.
can any one give me any idea that i can follow

Have you tried contacting West Midlands Fire Brigade? I cannot speak for them - but many fire services have their own archives.
