My G.Uncle Albert died in Hill House, Minster (see previous listing) aged 15. I have just received from East Kent Archives details of his admission, which to my surprise is not what I expected.
The records state he was admitted in 1926 as an orphan but was transferred from the MAB - Edmonton Epiletic Colony.
If he was an orphan why would he be transferred especially as he had epilepsy??
This branch of my family give me such a headache!! Arrgghh
Any suggestions before I go completely crazy.
