PICKARD - Wensleydale/North Yorks (1861, 1871 lookup?)

Hi,
I'm trying to find details of a PICKARD Family in North Yorks:

As far as I'm aware the family unit in 1861 consisted of
Bartholomew Pickard (aged 27)
Frances Pickard (nee Hauxwell) (25)
Joseph Pickard (3)

Unfortunately, I cannot find a 1861 or 1871 census entry for this family.
I am keen to discover if Joseph had any siblings as well as confirm any family addresses over this period. I have found entries for Frances/Fanny in 1841/1851 (Bellerby), but nothing whatsoever for
Bartholomew (who I believe was born in West Burton).

If anyone is researching these families or has any information that
might be of assistance, I would love to hear from you.
I am hoping to visit North Yorks. later this year and would like to
discover some old family homesteads/graves if possible.
