Anyone else searching for Arnold family in Sherborne? I have got back to 1791 with James Arnold, a Tailor.

I have Arnolds in my family they were tailors in yorkshire I do know some of them finished up in devon, in 1800s the name was then Arneal, i wonder if it might be the same family.

My Arnold's were also Tailors. Whether they came from Yorkshire prior to 1786, I don't know. What is your family connection?
