Rue Couillard, Lauzon, Quebec?

Seeking information about occupants of 24 Rue Couillard, Lauzon, Quebec in 1928/29. The family had a daughter called Emma, plus possibly 2 other daughters and a son. I have photos showing my father with the family when his ship visited the area.

Can any one assist by advising my how I can find the family name for my research? I have a photo of their car bearing the reg # 109739 Que-29, can I find out via that number? Living in the North of England limits my options somewhat.

You could hire a notary to do a title search of the address, or write to the Maison de Ville (town hall) in Lauzon to ask them to look it up, if they could. If you go that route, however, you may have better luck if you write the request en francais... or find someone in the area willing to go there for you. You could probably hire a researcher to do that for you, as well. You'll likely get nowhere with the license plate number, as those files are not open to the public, as far as I know.
