Anyone have any Booths in Denton area they are researching? I have come across an old bible that belonged to Ann BOOTH who died 1874 age 52.

Hi, Is this a family Bible ? I don't have any Booths in Denton just yet, but it's early days !! Are you wanting to sell it?
Kind regards, Lyn

Hi Lyn
Its not the sort of Bible with a Family Tree in it. It's old and not in very good condition and was presented to Ann Booth in 1841. It also contained a funeral card which I can't find at the moment (someone has moved my stuff!!!) and a newspaper cutting from July 1883 which is a list of deaths. I have found an Ann Booth on LDS site baptized at Hatherlow Chapel 23 Jan 1810 so perhaps it is the same person, as she was buried there. However it is quite a common name. Should you find that this person belongs to you, then you can gladly have the bible if you pay the postage.
