Hello Trish,
Thank you very much for the information. The information has also cleared up a query I discovered last night. I was brousing the NICOLEs on the FreeBMD sight when I spotted an Amelia Elizabeth NICOLE getting married. Now my Amelia was until last night only known as Amelia but her mother was Elizabeth. What was interesting was on the list of grooms was a James GEDDES
(From the 1851 Census information you provided):
James W GEDDES Apprentice U 18 Law Writer - Apprentice [born] Surrey Christ Church
Now the census data is my family as Peter Henry NICOLE (Law Writer) is her father. So what's the odds that this is her husband to be?

So what's the odds that this is her husband to be?Pretty good, I would think, Alex. Here are Amelia and James in the 1861 and 1871 censuses:

James GEDDES Head Mar 28 Law Stationers Clerk [born] Southwark
Amelia Wife 29 [born] St Clement Danes
James Son 9 Scholar Holborn
Charles Son 7 Do Shoreditch
But James isn't with Amelia in 1871...

Address: 19 Devonshire St., St. Leonard Shoreditch, London
Amelia E GEDDES Head Mar 39 [born] St. Clement Danes, Strand

Harriet I NUNN Daur Un 19 Milliner [born] Middlesex Islington
Sarah T. Do Daur Un 9 Scholar [born] Do Clerkenwell
Elizabeth A. NICOLE Daur 1mo [born] Suffolk HadleighSo what became of Sarah's other children, Mary Ann NUNN and William NUNN? I took a look for them in the 1861 census ...
...and I think this could be Mary Ann:
1861 Census: RG9/1097 Folio 42 Page 22

John F P OSBORNE Head Mar 36 Merchant [born] Essex Colchester

...And. possibly William NUNN who would be 12 or 13 in 1861 is a pupil at a school on High Street in Barking, Essex [RG9/1070 Folio 65 Page 6].
