Besides using parish baptizmal records and marriage records, are there any other resources avaliable for Irish Genealogy? My Grandfather's side of the family comes from County Tipperary, Ireland. I have been able to use baptizmal and marriage records to get back to about 1830, but I have not been able to get any further? Any suggestions?

I tried a web site today
http://www.irishfamilyresearch.co.uk
some parts of the site are pay per view but they seem to have the Griffiths evaluations for most of the counties and baronys and townlands and and .... I also bought a book about researching Irish ancestry which started quite well but I have put it safe and can't find it - can't even remember the title.
If you know where your ancestors came from in Ireland the web site looks pretty good
