happy new year everyone.
My father was with the RAF in Greenwood Station Nova Scotia from some time after the May Blitz until he went through Europe as he says "mopping up"
My father was a publican in civillian life and had worked in the catering trade in Lytham St Annes too. He was LAC Charles Edward Gould. Because of his occupations before joining up he was given the job as chef/cook. He was called "Charlie Bar Stores", I think you would know why. I ws born ten years after the war and I liked to rummage through my Dads Memory box full of photographs of his time in Canada. Unfortunately after my parents passed away most of the pictures where disposed of. I would be very grateful if there is any one out there who was with my Father at Greenwood and has some photo's they could email to me plus any memories.
Thank you
Beamie
