Charles Plummer - Piccotts End, Herts

Please could a kind reader look up the above mentioned gentleman who I believe was born C1858 in the 1861 and 1871 census. I would be very interested in locating his parents and siblings. He married Margaret Twitchell who I have had great difficulty finding any information about too. She was born C1857 in Crouchfield, Herts. Family legend says her father was William, but I have no confirmation.

www.freebmd.org.uk lists the marriage of Charles Plummer & Margaret Twitchell, December quarter, 1877 Hemel Hempstead, volume 3a, page658. The marriage certificate will give the names & occupations of the fathers of the bride & groom.
At a quick look on the 1861 census for Margaret, there is one born 1857, but her father is James.
