  2. Age of surviving WW2 POWs

    Hi. I am trying to find out if my father is one of the oldest WW2 POWs as he will be 100 years old next month. He was in the RAF and spent time in Stalag Luff 3.     Born 1920, and joined RAF after completing a motor mechanic apprentiship. Was apparently the "tallest man in Middle East airforce" where he was an engine fitter. No records showing at all!! Has anyone any pointers which might help?
